The role of the MoD is to protect, assist and provide aid (sometimes known as PAP )

It protects vulnerable nations from attack, assists them during defensive and offensive operations and provides aid prior to the end of a defensive confict.

I believe that the only current sensible course of action is to give sean (Tom) the role of Minister of the MoD, due to him being currently the strongest member of CC.

I thought it would be a good idea to construct a hierarchy of armed forces and nation strengths to turn to in times of need. This does not, for obvious reasons, affect anyones standing in the alliance; it is purely to construct a realistic help chart in times of war. It would also be a good idea to add how much tax you are collecting each day so we can see what people can give aid to whom.
