THE RULES AND REGIME OF THE COMRADES OF CHERNOBYL

Rules and Regime:

1. All members of CC can have their say on pretty much any matter, however, matters are resolved by the governing body of ministers and the acting commisar. In the event of a decision reaching no clear end point, the acting commisar has, for better or for worse, to cast the deciding vote.

2.CC is divided up into ministeries, the MoD, MoFA, MoIA, MoT, MoEF, MoJ and the MoR information on the ministeries can be found in .'Ministry Central' The Ministers each effectively own and run their own ministeries and are second to none except the acting commisar. The decisions of the Ministers must be relayed through the acting Commisar before they can become 'official' and go ahead, any minsiter found to be actingwithout prior permission will be subject to the Wrath of the Inquisitors from the MoIA.

3. Voting for the Ministerial posts will commence on the first day of each month, upon which a 'voting' forum shall be opened for all members to cast their votes for their desired members. The Voting system works very simply on the fatc that whoever has the most votes, gets the job, and no votes are worth anymore the anyone elses, not even the commisar's, this is a Communist alliance after all

4. Any act of violence, bet it that you have been attacked or you want to attack someone, must be posted in the MoD : War Room, which can be found in the 'Special Ministry Branches' section, so that appropriate measures can be taken.

5. Please Do not post anything of an indecent nature on any of the forums, as this will result in the deletion of the entire forum and the destruction of your Cybernation at the hands of our Inquisitors
